*  And The List Of Limiting Beliefs Goes On & On...

How many times have you gotten into a tough situation and done something "dumb" or perhaps you have even said to yourself, "Boy... I'll never do that again." But then the next time you were in a similar situation, you did the same "dumb" thing again. That's a limiting belief.

Or how many times have you heard yourself say (to yourself or others), "I'm not good with money," or "I'll never get the job I want," "No one will ever want to be in a long-term relationship with me," or "I always screw things up," or any sort of limiting beliefs messages?

Most people have a limiting belief or two that slows or even halts their success. Unfortunately, the majority of people don't know they have limiting beliefs. As such, they go along day after day doing and saying the same things over and over, all the while wondering why they never reach their goals.

1.   If you don't believe the impossible can happen, then you are right.

2.   When you feel like you are less than others, then you are right.

3.   When you believe what you have and how you were raised keeps you from having everything you ever dreamed of, you are right.

4.   When you believe your mistakes can't be undone, you are right.

5.   When you feel this is the best it is going to get, you are right.

6.   When you think someone will never change or rise above their brokenness, YOU ARE WRONG!

The good news is that you can change your limiting beliefs. Yes, with EFT Techniques, you can achieve your life's purpose and your dreams ARE within your reach. We will guide you and show you how...

Science is proving it and the old spiritual books said it centuries ago that limiting beliefs are the primary source of thinking that we are stuck, that this is as good as it will get, I can't do any better, I can't be any happier, I can't be any more successful   ... STOP ...   this doesn't have to be your story, you can change it, at any time!

IMPROVING SELF / SALES PERFORMANCE WITH EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM THERAPY)

Why does one salesperson get great results while others fail to hit the mark?

In a recent survey by Nightingale Conant, 2663 organizations were questioned and 41.48% of sales managers said their sales staff are performing below expectations. Research conducted with over 100 recruitment companies also confirmed that three in five salespeople have limiting beliefs about their ability and income potential. Most interviewed claimed they formed beliefs from reading their school reports: "could do better" "bright but lazy" "talks too much" "easily distracted" and the list goes on.

These limiting beliefs learned many years ago dictate the person's performance now and determine the individual's success in life. Like everyone, salespeople hold private beliefs about themselves, clients, market, competition, economy - beliefs that can have an enormous impact, either positive or negative, on their sales performance.

While most sales managers understand the concept of managing activity levels, skills development and product knowledge, only the top performing sales managers understand the importance of the right mindset. And far too many feel powerless to help their salespeople turn their negative beliefs into positive ones. Those sales managers who do tackle such negative beliefs have found an unbeatable path to success.

The answer lies in the underlying feelings of the person. Most salespeople have a whole bunch of limiting beliefs about what is possible for them. Most formed these beliefs at school and these are still running their lives as adults and affecting their results. Skills training will always miss the mark if there is an underlying emotional block or limiting belief that doesn't support them or the training.

So, how do you change beliefs quickly? Much has been happening in the field of performance psychology in recent times and several new belief change techniques have been developed that dramatically cut the time necessary for effective change.

Top 3 Tips For Tackling Limiting Beliefs

1.   Identify The Limiting Beliefs

Examples of Questions:

Question #1: Do you believe you can hit target / goal consistently every month?

Question #2: Do you believe in yourself?

Question #3: Do you believe you are a success?

Question #4: Do you believe you are intelligent?

Any "no" answer to the above, or to any of the limiting beliefs listed on this page, indicates a limiting belief that is sabotaging current performance and success and these can be eliminated by EFT.

2.   Qualify the Limiting Beliefs - When Did You Learn These Beliefs and Who From?

Examples: Parents, teachers (school report), siblings, people in authority, etc.

Next, question the limiting beliefs and ask if they are still true today? If the limiting beliefs still ring true today they will be negatively affecting current performance. For example, if the answer to Question #1 is NO, the belief that "you can't hit target / goal every month" will determine your success or current lack of it. If this is your belief, your brain will unconsciously sabotage your behavior so that you always under perform and miss your target every month.

The brain's job is to simply deliver the belief, whatever it is. So, if we change the belief to "I believe I can consistently hit target / goal every month" the brain stops sabotaging and allows the individual to succeed.

3.   Remove Limiting Beliefs Quickly Using EFT

Limiting beliefs can be easily removed using EFT. EFT is a unique form of "psychological acupuncture" that rebalances the energy and belief systems using a "tapping" procedure that stimulates designated meridian points. Balancing the belief system ensures the beliefs are programmed for success.
